Your post shares so many truths, Amadea! Thank you for this and for your experience that drove you to write the post! Even though I'm 100% convinced about the entire blood type diet/philosophy, the animal protein part has proven to be true for me (a fellow type 0). I, too, was told by my GP a few years back that my blood work revealed signs of being pre-diabetic. Oh my! And don't you find it true that the more adequate animal protein we have for our blood type, the fewer cravings/needs for carbs/starches and sugar?? It seems as though those "erroneous" cravings (especially for sugar) and afternoon energy crashes diminish enormously when there is protein at breakfast and lunch? I think you initially taught me this! I emphasize it a lot in my Ayurvedic breakfasts book (that I'm working on translating into English. Hurray!). Thanks for being here!

This is so interesting, Amadea. I am sure I have blood sugar issues and knowing there is a natural way to address them gives me hope and the courage to go and get those tests done!! Thank you :-)
